Maureen Hannah, MBA (Managerial Leadership), BSc (Management)

Maureen Hannah is a training and organization development consultant, leadership and business coach.  She designs and facilitates training programs and provides consulting and coaching services to managers and organizations in leadership, service training, coaching, facilitating, team effectiveness, career planning and development, negotiating and conflict resolution skills.  Maureen has 25 years experience.  She has conducted thousands of learning programs for executives, managers, organizations, industries, non-profit and professional associations in North America and Europe.

 

Clients include: forest products, mining, insurance, banks technology, retail and engineering corporations, hospitals, universities and colleges, institutes of science and technology, major government departments, crown corporations, non-profit organizations and professional associations.

 

Maureen has been coach with the justice institute of British Columbia’s highly successful conflict Resolution Certificate Program for more than 8 years.  Maureen achieved international coach accreditation in October 1999.

  

Jenny Lewis

Jenny Lewis the owner of LEWCO Consulting Inc.  She has over 25 years business experience including 15 years experience in customer service training, leadership training and development, and performance consulting.  Jenny’s current focus is assisting organizations to enable their people to perform to their full potential by creating sustainable learning and customer service cultures. 

 

Jenny specializes in environment scans, strategy development, design and facilitation, and training.  Jenny has developed and facilitated customer service training programs to support organization’s key strategies; developed performance assessments and evaluation tools; co-founded, designed and currently instructs the ‘Leadership Certificate program specializing in Leadership Coaching’ at Vancouver Community College.  Her unique strengths are strong facilitation skills, strong relationship-building skills, and creative training designs.

David Corey, B.Ed, MA

David Cory is a workplace performance consultant specializing in individual and organizational performance improvement.  In addition to a Master of Arts Degree in Adult Education, David is certified as a trainer/facilitator with Achieve Global Development Dimensions International (DDI)

 

He is a Certified Trainer in the area of Emotional Intelligence (EI) with MHS inc. and over the past 12 years of facilitating adult learning has found EI to be a critical component of effectiveness in the workplace.

 

David’s expertise includes leaning needs assessment, design and delivery of customized performance improvement interventions, psychometric assessment for recruiting, screening and employee development, facilitating team building, “branding” of training programs and key note presentations.
